A MOST GLORIOUS THANKSGIVING WEEKEND TO ONE AND ALL! 🦃🥂🎻
Tonight, dear revellers, we prescribe a swally, a gobble, an' a positively indecent amount of aural pleasure, courtesy of the inimitable SISTER ACT, a fiddle-and-piano duo who're guaranteed to set toes tapping, hips swaying and inhibitions packing their bags.
The gobbling commences at 4pm, whence our Thanksgiving turkey feast will take its rightful place alongside our regular menu. Then, at approximately 5pm, the magnificent Dawn and Helen will unleash their musical wizardry upon The Bothy.
Old-school ceilidh vibes? Aye, we've got 'em by the bucketload. Fancy a dance? Consider this your formal invitation to abandon all decorum and surrender to the rhythm.
And there's MORE. Our talented Sisters have a few rather splendid step-dancing moments tucked into their repertoire, so prepare for a gloriously spirited, and unapologetically traditional knees-up. A little Highland high jinks? Oh, we insist.
Tonight marks the first of TWO Thanksgiving celebrations here at North Star, with tomorrow's festivities commencing at 4pm, and the equally marvellous Jocelyn and Sheldon providing the musical enchantment.
Two days. Two fabulous acts. Turkey, tipples, tunes and a thoroughly respectable amount of misbehaviour. Really, what more could a discerning Thanksgiving reveller possibly require?
