Our Fish Cake Burger starts with a house-made fish cake made with potato, salt cod, and salt pork, then gets topped with Oultonโ€™s smoked bacon, fresh arugula, red onion, tomato chow, and garlic aioli on a homemade sesame seed bun. Served with crispy potato wedges (and yes, more garlic aioli).
