Get 'em while they're cold. Asher’s paletas are flying out of the freezer. He added new flavours..."Greens with Protein" (spinach, pineapple, banana and vega protein powder) and "Smore" with flame toasted marshmallows. Proceeds being donated to Canadian Aid For South Sudan. So get one a day during your stay;)

Asher is standing with 2 amazing women displaying a fresh batch of paletas. Jane and her family have been coming to Lighthouse Landing Camp for years. Many of you will remember her son Ater, a big buddy in our Autism Camps. Jane is the director of the London Food Bank and also runs Canadian Aid For South Sudan. This year Asher is selling gourmet popiscles called "paletas". Proceeds from every sale will be donated to Canadian Aid For South Sudan. Bring your loonies and toonies this summer.

We picked up 7 huge bags of garbage today from Mag to the camp. We even found not one but two jars of old pickles. Thanks to the Magnetawan Horticultural Society for organizing the community cleanup.
