But what does this mean?

Fires for cooking will be allowed in the evening only. Most forest fuels will ignite easily and spread rapidly. Control would be difficult.

NO BRUSH BURNING. NO DAYTIME BURNING!!

Evening fires only for cooking, warmth and socializing. The fire must be monitored at all times by an adult. The adult must have the means to put out the fire immediately if requested and cooled to touch.
