✨Cello ~ Crystal Bowls Sound Bath with Heartstring Sound✨

Your invitation to join Jaqueline this Thursday, August 20th, at 7:00pm in The Studio for an exceptional and relaxing experience.

Begin with a few grounding breaths and a gentle intention as you are guided into a state of presence. Then immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath featuring cello, crystal bowls, and gentle percussion. Jacqueline creates a calming soundscape to support deep relaxation.

Dress in comfortable layers, bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and a pillow for your comfort. Yoga mats are available for use.
