Please be advised that there will be no campfires permitted at McAdam Lake Campground while work is being completed on the water tower.

This temporary restriction is in place to help ensure the safety of campers and workers during the project.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience while this important work is underway. We will provide an update as soon as burning is permitted again.

The McAdam Campground officially opens for overnight bookings on May long weekend and reservations are already coming in.

Whether you’re planning a quiet getaway, a weekend with friends, or just looking to unplug for a few days, McAdam offers a simple, laid-back place to do it.

Looking for a new way to enjoy the outdoors? Kayak rentals are now available at the Wauklehegan Lake Kayak Centre, located at the McAdam Lake Campground!

Take out a single or double Old Town kayak and explore the calm, scenic waters of Wauklehegan Lake. Rentals are open to everyone. You must be 19 years of age to rent, but you can sign a waiver if you’re supervising younger paddlers.

📞 To book your kayak rental or ask any questions, please call 506-784-7800. Reservations are not available to be made online (including messaging on social media) at this time.

A few small updates, like adding a dock ladder and removing old wharf debris, will be completed next week. In the meantime, the kayak centre is officially open and ready for summer fun.

Come enjoy the lake from a whole new perspective!

Do NOT leave:
• Recyclables (plastic, cardboard, glass, etc.)
• Large items (mattresses, furniture, sinks)
• Construction or demolition waste
