When we first brought bison to our farm, we didn’t just see them as livestock. We saw them as living history, a symbol of strength and resilience that we could share with everyone who visits. There’s something truly special about these animals—they once roamed in the millions across North America, and now, only a fraction of that population remains.
At Lindsay Lake Farms, we’re proud to play our part in helping bison thrive again. Every time we watch them roam our fields, we’re reminded of how far we’ve come, and how much care and attention goes into their well-being. These animals are more than just part of our business—they’re part of our vision for a sustainable and respectful relationship with the land.
It’s an honor to share the bison story with visitors on our tours. Seeing the awe on their faces as they stand just feet away from these majestic creatures never gets old. It’s a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—caring for the land, the animals, and the legacy they carry.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stand in the presence of true wilderness, come join us for a tour. You’ll get to meet the bison, learn their history, and witness firsthand how we’re working to ensure their future. It’s a connection to nature that’s hard to put into words, but we promise, once you experience it, you’ll feel it in your soul.
Hope to see you soon at Lindsay Lake Farms!
