We had beautiful weather this past opening weekend. It was so nice to see campers again. After a long winter, It is refreshing to be spending time outdoors again. The wildlife is active including the beautiful sounds of birds. The views of Gillies Lake is so peaceful. Before you know it, our inflatable water park and floating docks will be out on the water. Our motorized and non-motorized boats will be available beginning this upcoming long weekend. The 2025 season has begun!

We had a fantastic last long weekend of the summer and have the beautiful fall to look forward to! We are open until Thanksgiving Monday (October 13th). Here are some pics and a video from this past weekend.

We so far have had a fantastic summer and have been enjoying the beautiful weather. We have seen a lot of returning campers as well as many new ones. It is a joy to watch families having fun and creating memories. Here are a few pics of our beach, the waterpark, the recent northern lights and a clip from our Zoo to You event in July.

We hope everyone is enjoying their Winter! Spring is fast approaching and is just around the corner. We are excited for our 2024 season to begin on Friday, May 10.

Our reservations calendar is starting to fill up. If you are thinking about booking your vacation with us, please visit our website www.mountaintroutcamp.com. We have overnight campsites, cottages, cabins, bunkies, and trailers available.

We also currently have three trailers listed for sale on our website under "Seasonal Camping'.

Mountain Trout Camp’s camping season is well underway! We are enjoying what seems to be an endless stretch of beautiful weather. Kids are already out swimming and enjoying the floating docks, and we have enjoyed seeing campers out canoeing and kayaking. The inflatable water park will be up within the next few weeks with some new additions. If interested in becoming a seasonal camper, contact us to be put on our waitlist. We currently have trailers for sale which can be found on our website. We will be adding two more bunkies on campsites for rental, which is a less expensive alternative to a trailer, cottage or cabin. We hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather and we look forward to seeing you soon!
