No pet, no child, reference needed, students please provide enroll letter, workers please provide proof of work. Available from September 1st 2025 to May 30th 2026. Inquiry will be answered after 5:00pm on week days, 9:00am -8:00pm in weekends. Rental fee $600-1800. Utility and WiFi included.

Room 17, a King size bed, two side windows, spacious and bright. Bathroom is private but detached, there is an emergency exit, normally only housekeepers would go this area, nobody would take this entrance, so it seems room 17 is a private zone which has its own entrance and be separated from guest house part by an emergency door.

Room 12 is a suite, private bathroom, a king bed, separate sitting area, sofa bed, two TVs, fridge and microwave oven in room, new heat pump increases its attractiveness.
