Meet Kolin, co-owner of St. James’ Gate!

His go-to drink? The Black & Blue, made with half Guinness and half PumpHouse Blueberry. Although, his friends and wife might say a vodka soda is more his style!

For food, he loves keeping it fresh and local, with the Jerk Chicken and Thai Chicken Bites among his favourites.
