This lovely house is also situated a couple blocks from the great General San Martin Park where you can do your daily workout, walk or jog around the lake, organize a picnic or admire the rose garden. From our home on foot, you can go to the Hyatt where the Casino is situated and find the Plaza Independencia, seat of numerous concerts and events in the open air. Independecia Plaza is the heart of the city and not far from the pedestrian street the "peatonal" where around you can find the best food in restaurants with different styles and flavors that will charm you. On request, it is always possible to get a meal at home, made with the finest product, fresh, of the season and made with love. Privileged place for those who wish to rent for an extended stay. There is the new Métrotramway just two streets away, it leads to Maipú. Another tramway stops two blocks from our house; it runs around the main arteries of the city center. And many buses heading to the four corners of Mendoza are available close by. Plus you will stay just a few blocks from downtown and the financial district. Mendoza is located on the foothill of the Andes. From Chile it is only 450 km and from Buenos Aires 1050 km. Mendoza has a Bus terminal (Terminal del Sol); many local, national and International bus services are offered. And there is also a National and International airport (Aeropuerto El Plumerillo).
