This is Kevin. Kevin wore sunscreen, ate great food, and had himself a fantastic week of fishing in case you couldn't tell. When asked what he would say to somebody who was thinking about booking a vacation with us, he said, "Just do it."

May we all be more like Kevin. Not only in regards to fish caught, but to time spent here.

[starter: romaine salad, garlic parmesan dressing, crispy pancetta, pickled red onions, garlic chives]

[main: smoke roasted prime rib, garlic pommes puree, au jus, asparagus, bearnaise]

This sign greets everyone that pulls up to our dock. Whether you're here for gas, a potty break, dinner, or a great time fishing--the first thing you are is welcomed.

New Moon Lodge is our home. When you visit us, you're not only visiting a resort--you're visiting an island and an experience that's been intricately developed by generations of our family. From the potential that Lloyd first saw in this island during a shore lunch in the 50s to now, it's been crafted into a generationally-loved retreat, not only by our guests but by the people who have grown up here. It's why you can have a decadent meal and look out to see orioles out one window and small kids playing on a fort out the other. It's why school awards hang on walls, and family pictures dot the decor. Our hearts are woven into the dirt and the studs of this slice of Canadian shield, and it's an honour to invite you in.

The sign is an invitation. Welcome, it says, to a place of rest. Welcome, it says, to a place of beauty. Welcome, it says, to an island where you can shrug off everyday life and embrace a reprieve. Don't worry, we'll take care of it. After all, that's what we do when guests come to our home.

For those of you who don't know: this is Tony.

Tony's been coming up to New Moon Lodge for 5 years now. He was roped in by a friend, and after the food and fishing combination he was hooked (ha!). What's his favourite part about New Moon Lodge?

"Being able to catch four species of fish all day is amazing, the food including shore lunch is *amazing* and I love it, but the people, the family atmosphere, and special service set New Moon Lodge apart."
