Easy meals that can be thrown together in an hour.

It's that time again! Thursday at 4:30 NDT! This week's Supper Club Live is Meal in a Bowl (Nicoise Salad) - serves 4

Here's what you'll need:

1 lb potatoes (approx 3 medium potatoes)
1/4 cup dry white wine
salt (fleur de sel if you have it - normal salt is fine)
20 fresh green beans (5 per person)
4 eggs
6 radishes
16 cherry or grape tomatoes (or 2 medium tomatoes)
1 head of lettuce (recommend boston lettuce, but any type is fine)
1 green onion
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh thyme (or dried)
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 cans tuna in olive oil (any brand really, or try Rio Mare)
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Another local historic inn gone. Our most heartfelt sympathies go out to the owners, workers and their families.
