Come see our darling Angora Bunnies this Saturday October 26th at the Fibre Fest at Center Village Mall Lethbridge. Angora will be one of the fibres we will be weaving. Remember our retreats coming soon at Payne Lake Lodge featuring crafts, tapestry, spinning & weaving. We'll keep you posted. Dates, packages and prices will be posted soon. These lovely little bunnies will also be a feature at our Fort Heritage & Frontier RV Park where children can pet, hold and comb their lovely hair! Fort Heritage & Frontier RV Park is now offering spinning, weaving & tapestry retreats at beautiful Payne Lake Lodge. Come join us for expert instruction, entertainment and good old fashioned grandma's cookin'. We supply the floor looms, tapestry looms, table looms, a wide variety of yarns and woven fibres to choose from. You can also bring your own materials & loom if you wish. We will keep you posted with upcoming dates and pricing. The pics in the slideshow below show the fibres that have been spun, woven & created on our Fort Heritage looms & spinning wheels. Just letting people know that Payne Lake Lodge has one weekend in August of this year that just came available. If any of you are looking for a last minute fun family vacation - let us know. August 17th to 21 We have a new rec company that provides paint ball for the whole family - it is the softer version and can be played from ages 3 and up. Teenagers love it too. Frisbee Golf, Paddle Boards, Canoes and Kayaks also available for rent here. Pass the word along. Thanks
