Community Alert: Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager.

14-year old Mabel Jones-James hasn't had contact with family and friends since February 29th. RCMP believe she's with a 23-year old Jerome Anthony Peter, who has a court order against having contact with her.

Mabel doesn't have a cell phone and hasn't been active on social media - she's described as an Aboriginal female, 5 feet tall, 120 pounds and she has long black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black Nike shoes and a green/red sweater.

Anyone with information can call Nanaimo RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
