Originally from Toronto’s reggae and dub scene and now based right here in Nelson, Dubconscious brings a mix of reggae, dub, ska, dancehall, afrobeats and soundsystem culture to the decks.

The Hume Hotel & Spa is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Evening Operations Manager to join our team!

As Manager on Duty, you’ll oversee evening operations across the hotel, support our teams, help create great guest experiences, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
• Hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style
• Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality

Schedule:
Weekdays 4 PM–12 AM
Weekends 5 PM–1 AM
Weekend & holiday availability required.
