Meet the Team Mondays: We’re taking you behind the scenes to introduce the people whose heart, leadership, and care shape the experience our guests know and love.

This week, we're introducing Holly, someone whose calm, steady presence keeps our campground looking it's best.

If you've ever seen a golf cart driving towards a cabin, noticed someone wiping down pavilion tables, or walked into a sparkling clean restroom, there's a good chance Holly was the one behind it. Her work may happen behind the scenes, but everyone here knows just how much effort and heart go into her role. She's always going above and beyond and she brings a positive, peaceful energy that makes every day feel a little easier.

As a housekeeping lead, Holly plays a huge part in keeping our campground clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She takes pride in everything she touches, whether she's refreshing cabins, folding laundry, sanitizing bathrooms, or keeping our common areas looking their best. Her attention to detail and her commitment to doing things right help create the experience our guests remember long after they leave.

💛When we asked what makes her workday more enjoyable, she told us she loves productive teamwork, the kind of day where everyone is moving together and getting things done.

🎶Something most people don't know about her is that she loves the artist Zach Bryan, and his music is often her go-to.

👟When it comes to hobbies, Holly enjoys hikes and walks, especially when she can get outside and recharge.

Holly brings reliability, kindness, and a whole lot of heart to our team. If you see her out on the golf cart or making one of our spaces shine, don't forget to wave because she's one of the reasons our campground feels like home.

Meet the Team Mondays: We’re taking you behind the scenes to introduce the people whose heart, leadership, and care shape the experience our guests know and love.

If you’ve ever arrived at NF KOA after a long drive, stepped into the front desk, and immediately felt the shift from tired to excited, there’s a good chance Abby was the one who made that moment feel effortless.

As one of our Guest Services Representatives, Abby is one of the first people guests meet when they walk through the door. She’s the warm welcome after hours on the road, the calm presence helping families get settled, and the steady hand at the center of a front desk that’s always alive with activity. From handing out cabin keys and assigning RV and tent sites to helping guests find snacks, ice, or that first night s’mores kit, she makes the start of every stay feel smooth and inviting.

The front desk is a lively place with phones ringing, radios going off, guests coming in, and the store busy with last minute essentials, yet Abby moves through it all with a calm steadiness. She makes people feel instantly welcomed, like they’ve just arrived somewhere they’re meant to be ⛺

To help campers get to know her a little better, we asked Abby a few questions.

🥤One thing that makes her day better is an ice cold Diet Coke after the 4:00 PM rush.

📚Something most people don’t know about her is that outside of the campground, she studies biology and sustainability.

✈️If she could travel anywhere tomorrow, Italy would be at the top of her list.

Abby brings patience, kindness, and genuine care into every interaction, and it’s a big part of what makes arriving at NF KOA feel like the beginning of something special. We’re so lucky to have her on our team, and we hope you’ll stop by and say hello the next time you’re at the front desk👋
