Véraison is happening in Niagara….Véraison is the point when grapes begin moving from growth into ripening. The berries start to soften, sugar begins to accumulate and red varieties begin changing colour.

It’s a spectacular time of the year to be in Niagara!

Highly recommend a lunch visit to enjoy Pharamcii at Stratus Winery..they are there Sat.,Sun. & Mon. from noon to 2:30pm...
