Chardonnay Room/ensuite rates are weekdays 110.oo per night and weekends are $115.00 per night. Add a private wine tour for two for $70.00 per person with Complimentary gift. Our custom Niagara Winery Tour Packages include a Niagara Wine Tour and tasting at four different and distinct Wineries located in the heart of Niagara's Wine Region. These tours commonly last 4 hrs, and can accommodate anywhere from 2-4 people within the same group. We have been in business since 1998 and are grape growers for over 20 years, our extensive knowledge of the area and experience arranging private and small group packages is what makes us unique.

Much has aways been said about the wine making process which fascinate me and I have great appreciation for the intricate hand of the winemaker and his ability to create such amazing Ontario wines. It is without a doubt a true passion that a Winemaker has giving his all in all and his relationship with the Grower to bring them together on the same playing field.
Little has been said about the Grower he too has a passion and a vision along with the Winemaker together they compliment each other. It all starts with the Grower that has a vision to produce quality grapes. There is and should be no compromising in his vineyards for his standards are high, but there is always a price to pay for such quality.
The investments on the Growers side is hugh and so are the risks. But he does not fault er, investments to protect his vineyards in our ever changing climate have become the norm. Years ago we sat back and if the temperatures were below - 18 degrees there was little we could do, claim insurance and try to bring back our vines to a healthy state at a cost. We persevered from year to year and educated ourselves on ways to prevent. We started to fly Helicopters over the vineyards to warm the air but only this worked if there was no wind and an inversion. Very expensive again at the cost to the grower. Yet his heart is deep into what his passion is! Year after year I have watched in amazement the dedication of these Grape Grower in Niagara and have admired those who have put all that they have into it. They are like a great big family like nothing I have seen before. Compassion, in time of injury and even the loss of a farmer due to accident to willingly help their fellow man, and yes they agree to disagree but when all is said and done they are all on the same page. These Grower share the triumphs and the failures to help one another. It is that pride and determination that brings them together. How far we have come to now having wind machines as a protection which gives us a sense of comfort even though we still do worry and are up at night when the do go on. To constantly watching the weather. Who needs a weather man they are the best predictors of the weather.
You can always tell a Grower by his hand and the colour of his skin he is up every morning at the crack of dawn and at times doesn't lay his head to rest until dark. Time is always of the essence as everything has to be done within time.rain or shine day or even at night. From pruning,to tying the vines, to suckering( taking the new shoots of the base of the vine) to hilling down the soil in early May to cultivating the rows from the year before the were not. To tucking the vines in the vineyards as they grow to thinning the crop in the fall if there is too many to reach the quality. To the finally of Harvesting and the excitement of a job well done! Every year is different for the Grower as he battles many things in the vineyard to the weather that will ultimately have effect on the grapes. The Growers lively hood, in good years and bad. It is that vision the Grower has to see this industry grow to leaps and bounds. This is his life his passion.
So when you reach for a bottle of 100% Ontario Wine and you pour that wine into your glass you will see the heart of the Grower, celebrate and give a toast to the Grower and of course the Winemaker for they are intertwined in that production of such great quality Ontario wine!

We should all be proud of what is being accomplished here in the Niagara Region and across Ontario.
