Stable Road. The wilderness setting is crowned with red and white pines towering into the sky. The 100-acre lake has a small natural sand beach and a gently sloping shoreline at the sunning-swimming gathering place. Many times, moose, deer, rabbits and partridges are seen at the forest edge.
