Our roof’s a job that’ll take two weeks,
But first dry skies are what it needs.
We’ve already waited, doors closed tight,
For almost two weeks—just not right.

A sign that spring is finally here... the L&A Dark Sky Viewing Area's stargazing event season is almost here!

Their first events of 2026 are their popular Laser-Guided Stargazing Tours, happening on April 10th & 11th beginning at 9pm (weather permitting.

Visitors receive a cool guided tour of the night sky performed by knowledgeable volunteers followed by a look through their 16″ Dobsonian telescope at various celestial objects.
