So what exactly is a camping cabin?

Think campground, just without the tent. You’ve got a real bed, heat and power, but you still walk over to the bathroom building just like you would at a campground.

You also have access to our Summer Kitchen with BBQs and full cooking facilities.

Found this little guy wandering around Little Mountain Lodge today… second one we have seen this week!

He is a Western Tiger Salamander, and is considered a species of special concern.

These salamanders spend most of their time underground and rely on healthy wetlands and the surrounding woodlands to survive.

They are pretty sensitive to changes in their environment, so spotting one around here is a nice little sign that we have good habitat nearby 🤞
