On the North West Coast of BC, called Oona River (only accessible by seaplane and boat), we salvaged a part of a fishing lodge's accommodations that was built on a barge as it became grounded. We landed this barge in our backyard and have transformed the lower part into a common area with a fully stocked kitchen, tv wtih satellite and games room. The upper floor offers 6 individual private bedrooms. Each one is complete with bathroom and shower. Take a hike, comb the beach at low tide, have a beach fire or relax on the patio.
