📣 CAMP SAMAC — GENERAL SCOUTING MEETING

We’re looking to bring Scouting groups together for a General Camp Samac Meeting on:
📅 Tuesday, August 25th
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Council Hall, Camp Samac

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and coordinate weekly meeting nights for groups using Camp Samac, as well as trailer storage at camp.

We’d also like to look at the larger Scouting events and activities happening throughout the year, including events such as:
🏕️ Cuboree
🔥 Log Jam
🌲 Join In Jamboree
🎉 Other major Scouting events and camp activities

This will be a great opportunity for groups to get together, coordinate schedules, and help make sure Camp Samac works well for everyone.

If your group meets at Camp Samac or has a trailer stored at camp, please come out and be part of the discussion!

Trailer Storage Payment is due by September 15th. If payment is not received by September 15th, the trailers will be impounded including the contents (which you will not have access to) until the mater is resolved. Plus new this year, the trailer needs to be labelled as to which group it belongs to

Canoe Coaching Clinic for Scouters 2026 🛶
Interested in learning to paddle or improving your basic canoe strokes? Join us for a hands-on day on the water at Camp Samac!

This clinic is designed as an introduction to personal canoeing skills and stroke development. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence on the water and refine your technique.
