Inspired by the forest, but best enjoyed with lake views and sunshine.

Our Mushroom dessert is a playful composition of caramel & white chocolate mousse, salty caramel, pear compote, almond sponge cake, feuilletine, peach pâte de fruit, chocolate crumble, sweet rock, and a delicate tuile leaf.

A little whimsical. A little unexpected. Completely delicious!

Golden skies over Osoyoos, a glass of wine in hand, and a patio made for lingering a little longer. ✨

We’re gearing up for another incredible summer season in the South Okanagan, welcoming guests from around the world and around the corner to soak in vineyard views, lakeside evenings, and unforgettable dinners at The Bear, The Fish, The Root & The Berry.

Long weekend weather may do its own thing… but sunset on the patio still knows how to show off. And yes, we’re a little obsessed with our new blue patio cushions too. 💙
