Really nice year in business with the sale of our building Sonia Rentals.
Construction of our 2nd projet Gardner on time and scheduled for June 2023 opening. Rentals will begin in spring 2023.
Today project is with Activar Hotels in the purchase of an hotel in Mont-Tremblant. Looking for 2 more investors, contact me if interested.

2022 a été une bonnée année en affaire avec la vente de Sonia un appartement de 102 unités.
Projet de Gardner une bâtisse de 62 unités cédulé pour ouverture en Juin 2023.
Je travaille avec Activar Hôtels pour l'acquisition d'un hôtel à Mont-Tremblant en Janvier 2023 et il nous manque 2 investisseurs. Laisse-moi savoir si vous êtes intéressé à participer.

Consultation travaille présentement en collaboration avec Guy Whissel de Longwood Construction (2 projets).
Sonia Rentals Inc: Construction de 106 appartements pour étudiants, 8 étages situer au coin de Vanier Parkway & Mac Arthur, Ottawa avec date d'ouverture 2021.
Gardner Rentals: Projet en planification situe adjacent a Sonia Rentals au coin de Vanier Parkway pour des appartements conventionnels (environ 60 unités) sur 8-10 étages pour construction en 2021 et ouverture 2022.
