Avoid going outside if you can, but if you must, wear a NIOSH-certified N95.
If you are driving, adjust your climate settings to recirculate the air inside your vehicle rather than pulling it in from outside.
Again, check on elderly friends, neighbours, and relatives, as well as anyone else you know with respiratory issues.
