The Headquarters Salon & Barbershop STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. We do not issue refunds on Salon services.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a

charge of $25.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. REFUND POLICY

THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service

Hello clients🤍just giving you all an update on the new location. I received emails & DMs from a few of you asking about when my schedule is going to be open at The Headquarters Salon & Barbershop. Well, after today it’s finally open 🙂 I will be starting on Tuesday September 15th 🙂

Here is what my schedule is set for during the week⬇️⬇️

Sundays closed
Mondays closed
Tuesdays 12-8
Wednesdays 9-5
Thursdays 12-8
Fridays 9-5
Saturdays 9-4 (every 2nd Saturday off) I will start working my first Saturday on Sept 19th

Right now we don’t have an online booking system and I can’t get access my appointments on my phone at all, so the only way to book your appointment is to call down to Headquarters. Here is the number to call and make an appointment with me

I also wanted to say that I really appreciate everyone’s patience and I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t get any of you in sooner for your appointments before I leave for vacation. I look forward to seeing you all again in mid September 🙂 I’m so excited to see you all again soon

We will be closed this Saturday as we’re giving our amazing employees a well-deserved weekend off to enjoy the last weekend of August before the rush of September begins! We’re so grateful for all their hard work and dedication throughout the summer.

To help accommodate all of our clients this week, we’re extending our hours today and will be open until 7:00 PM this evening! ✨

ANNOUNCEMENT!📣

I'm absolutely thrilled to share that starting mid September, I'll be joining the amazing team at The Headquarters Salon & Barbershop located at 525 St. Thomas Line, in Paradise. I'm looking forward to this new chapter and can't wait to continue offering my esthetics services in such a fantastic environment.

The new service menu and updated pricing are still being finalized, so please keep an eye out for those details within the next week. Booking will be open shortly after.

I just want to say a huge thank you to my clients who have continued to follow me these past 3 years. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you🥹♥️ can’t wait to see you all at the new location.

It’s a blessing to Celebrate another anniversary. Our incredible clients & community continue to show up and support us through thick and thin. Myself & my staff could never thank you all enough!

The road to owning a business for 8 years has certainly been a roller coaster of emotions, but having the chance to surround myself with so many incredible people, along with the most amazing, hardworking team, while having the opportunity to do what I love, makes it all worth it!
