The beauty of fall on the West Coast.

The mild temperatures stretch out opportunities for evening activities, but there's just something about cozying up by a wood burning fireplace 🔥

What's your favourite part about fall on Vancouver Island?

An October evening in Parksville, BC 🙌

Not every fall day looks like this on Vancouver Island, but even on rainy or foggy days the beach is still beautiful.

On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we remember the children who never returned home and honour Survivors, families, and communities.

Reconciliation is ongoing. It asks us to listen with humility, acknowledge both past and ongoing harms, and make space for Indigenous voices, experiences, and truths.

Today, and throughout the year, we remain committed to learning, listening, and supporting the meaningful work of reconciliation in our community and beyond.

We encourage our community to take time today to learn, reflect, and seek out Indigenous-led resources and events. Learn more through the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation at nctr.ca
