Heritage Forest in Qualicum Beach is just a twenty minute drive from our resort, and a great place to enjoy a leisurely walk. A place well worth visiting!

Amazing Places: Heritage Forest

Tucked into the heart of Qualicum Beach, Heritage Forest is one of those places that invites you to slow down and notice more.

With tall trees, lush understory, and winding trails, this urban forest offers an easy way to experience the quiet beauty of the Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region. It is a place for a peaceful walk, a family outing, or simply a few moments to reconnect with nature close to home.

Heritage Forest is also a great place to look and listen a little more closely. Depending on the season, you may notice birds moving through the forest, changes in the understory, and the many small signs of biodiversity that make every visit a little different.

For those who enjoy self-guided discovery, places like Heritage Forest can also be part of the fun of exploring Amazing Places through activities like geocaching and other outdoor adventures.
