Having lived all across North America, from Calgary to the Maritimes, Chicago to New Orleans, and many places in between Chef Tamara has spent years learning, experiencing, and developing her passion for great food.

Now she’s bringing that experience, along with her Southern charm, to Glenn Burney . Expect fresh Southern inspired dishes, bold flavours, and a few exciting new additions to the menu.
