Ken Vandalay Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "main beach" land parcel of Lake Manitouwaba. Said acquisition was carried out through a private land-owners Crown inheritance that was obtained at an exclusive government-approved developers conference. We look froward to providing jobs, infrastructure and most importantly, bringing many vacationers to the tranquil shores of Lake Manitouwaba
The acquisition of this land has been ongoing (2012-2016) and could not have been possible without amazing behind the scenes governmental support.
Construction on the resort will commence in the fall of 2016. Seguin Pines Resort will be a small, conservative resort/marina with a small and respectful ecological footprint. Our images will be updated weekly as more of our blueprints become digitally enhanced. We are please to reveal the first design prints of the Grand Entrance to the resort (see images). We are also pleased to announce that we have recieved approval to bury 2 large gas tanks under the Lake bed. This will allow for a much more efficient flow of gas to and from the marina. A gas intake valve at the main road that feeds directly to two tanks burried beneath the beach saves space, aesthetics and most importantly makes almost no impact on the environment.
Initial plans are to open doors to the general public in the summer of 2019. We will be holding a job-fair and an information session on the Labour Day weekend of 2016. Location TBA. For now, we are looking for lake-residents to sit on our local advisory board to make the transition from private, to public lake as seamless as possible.
