Beautiful rustic 3 bedroom cedar cottage with 1 bunkie (sleeps up to 12) on quiet Little White Fish Lake
Very private large flat lot, lots of parking space.
Sandy shore line with large sandbox, large dock on a much desired 3 lake system, boat launch on property.

The cottage Comfortably sleeps 8 people, and 4 in the bunkie. Bring you own sleeping bags or Linens are available for beds but must be laundered before you leave
Wood burning fireplace
Kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery
4 burner electric stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge.
1 bathroom with shower, washer dryer.
Satellite TV.
Large deck for summer dining
Propane BBQ.
Outdoor fire pit.
Separate Sauna building with sitting room, large deck right by the lake.

Hang out lake side on the large dock or deck. Indulge in a sauna, have a dip in the lake and enjoy the view.
Enjoy a hike in the woods, or discover some of the local hiking trails located in Humphrey. Then relax by the warm crackling fire pit in the evening.
Corner store/lcbo and marina just minutes away. And the tourist town of Parry Sound (shopping) or the quaint town of Rosseau are each just a 15 minute drive. All basic shopping amenities are located in Parry Sound and a Golf course is just a short distance away. The town of Rosseau host a bunch of Unique gift shops, farmers market, dinners and public beach.

Rentals are for 1 week Saturday to Saturday $1750. Please inquire for premium pricing for long weekend rentals. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am
50% due upon booking. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
