Our spacious country home is located on a beautiful six acre lot in the tranquil and spectacular upper Pemberton Valley. We have panoramic views of the mountains, and are within easy walking distance of the Lillooet River, which offers lengthy and peaceful walks on the dyke. We are located 35 minutes north of Whistler, 2.5 hours from Vancouver and 10 minutes from the town of Pemberton. Our propert
y features a vegetable garden which offers fresh organic produce when in season. There is a large covered outdoor patio with a hot tub and large BBQ. A fire pit is available for bonfires. We have a blend of groomed lawn areas and untamed brush. There is ample room for parking a boat, RV, or snowmobiles. Winter activities include access to world class downhill; back country and cross country skiing. There is also snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and skating. Summer activities offer breathtaking hiking, canoeing, mountain and road biking, paragliding, horseback riding, golfing, fishing and more. Our home features a large open space concept combining the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The large open space makes the house ideal for hosting private or corporate retreats. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms available. We have Wifi and a media room equipped with an Apple TV, DVD player and Satellite TV. We provide two levels of accommodation rental. We operate as a traditional Bed and Breakfast facility, offering rental of three bedrooms to accommodate up to six people. Guests can also rent the whole house, which can accommodate up to eight people. When the whole house is rented, it operates as a self catered facility. Individual bedrooms: $100/night; any three bedrooms available for a maximum of 6 people. Rental of the whole house:
Four bedrooms available for $350/night; maximum up to 8 people. Self catered operation, however breakfast can be provided at an additional cost. There is a $25/day cleaning fee for whole house rentals. Note: There is additional rental accommodation for up to 12 people within a five minute drive from our property if needed to accommodate larger numbers of people during a retreat.
