**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
We hope everyone is taking care and staying safe! Our team has been working hard to ensure that students have the same quality housing promised by Canoe Lofts come September. We’re excited to hear Algonquin College is gearing up for a fall semester in Pembroke and hope that Covid-19 conditions continue to improve over the next few months to ensure a safe living and learning environment for all students. It is our promise to look after students who sign a lease with Canoe Lofts, and for this reason we are offering a conditional lease. This means that if you sign a lease with Canoe Lofts now but Algonquin College decides to start the term with online content only then we’ll give you the option to get out of your lease. Please don’t hesitate to email us any questions and be sure to check out our other covid-19 measures online. Link in bio.
