Beauty is in the eye of the beholder 🇨🇦 🌎

We’ve received a few messages regarding the condition of some of our grounds, grass cutting, and general maintenance around Eagle Creek Regional Park, and we wanted to take a moment to provide an update.

Like many parks and properties this season, we’ve been blessed with plenty of moisture. While it has made everything beautifully green, it has also caused the grass and vegetation to grow at an incredible rate.

Unfortunately, we have also experienced some equipment challenges during the start of the season, which have impacted our ability to keep up with maintenance as quickly as we would have liked. We understand the concerns and truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

Please know that our staff and volunteers have been working hard behind the scenes to address these issues, make repairs, and get everything operating smoothly again. We are committed to providing well-maintained campsites, beautiful green spaces, and a park that everyone can be proud of.

We’re confident that with our equipment back up and running, you will see significant improvements in the coming days and weeks as we continue working through the park.

Thank you for your support, your feedback, and for being part of the Eagle Creek Regional Park community. We appreciate every one of you and look forward to making the rest of the season the best one yet!

☀️ Heat Warning Notice – Park Office Closed Today ☀️

Due to the current heat warnings, the office at Eagle Creek Regional Park will be closed today to ensure safe working conditions for our staff.

We will be installing an air conditioning unit in the office very soon so we can continue serving everyone safely and comfortably through the hottest days of the season. Sometimes Mother Nature reminds us she’s still the boss out here on the prairies. 🌾

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the heat wave.
Emails and messages will still be monitored as we are able.

Stay cool, drink lots of water, and check in on your people — and your pets too. 🦅

🌿🌸 Help Us Brighten Eagle Creek Regional Park 🌸🌿

As a non-profit regional park, we’re always looking for simple ways to make Eagle Creek even more beautiful for our campers, visitors, families, and community to enjoy.

We are currently looking for donations of:
🌼 Potted plants
🌷 Plantable flowers
🌿 Perennials
🌻 Hanging baskets
🪴 Outdoor planters
🌱 Or any flowers and greenery that could help add more color, life, and beauty around the park

Every flower planted helps make Eagle Creek feel a little more welcoming, peaceful, and alive. There’s something special about driving into a park bursting with blooms after a long Saskatchewan winter.

If you have extra plants to divide, flowers to donate, or would like to help us beautify the park this season, we would be incredibly grateful.
