🏡 CABIN PROPERTY LEASE – TENDER OPPORTUNITY

Eagle Creek Regional Park is now accepting tenders for the lease of a cabin property within the park.

The tender will remain open for 28 days, closing September 11, 2026.

Please note the following conditions associated with the property:
- The property is being offered as-is.
- The successful tenderer will be required to clean up the lot, including filling in the hole remaining from the previous residence and taking the lot down to grade.
- The successful tenderer will be responsible for repairing/restoring the power and water hookups to the property.
- The successful tenderer will enter into a cabin property lease with Eagle Creek Regional Park and will be responsible for the applicable annual lease fee each year.
- As part of the successful tender, ownership of the existing garage on the property will be transferred to the lessee.

Interested parties are encouraged to take the required cleanup and repairs into consideration when submitting their tender.
