Congratulations to Jill and Tina from End of the Leash on this incredible and well deserved award! ๐ We are lucky to have such an amazing local pet store in the Town of Petawawa.
Weโre bringing an award home to Petawawa! ๐๐พ
We are incredibly proud, and still a little speechless..to share that End Of The Leash has won Eastern Canada Independent Retailer of the Year at the Pets Canada conference!
When our name was announced, we were truly shocked. Being named finalists was already such an honour. To win, surrounded by people who share our love for pets and this industry, is a moment neither of us will ever forget.
Pets Canada brings together and supports businesses across the Canadian pet industry through education, advocacy and connection. Weโre proud members, standing alongside fellow retailers, suppliers, manufacturers and so many others working to improve the lives of pets and the people who love them.
A heartfelt congratulations to our fellow finalist, Colin owner of Blue Ribbon in PEI. There is no better guy we would rather have shared this honour with. Your kindness and dedication make this industry better, and being finalists alongside you made this experience even more special. โค๏ธ
When we opened End Of The Leash, we wanted to build a place where people felt welcome, where questions were encouraged, and where pets and their families came first. Through the long days, tough decisions and happy milestones, that has always been at the heart of what we do.
To our wonderful staff, our customers, our industry friends and everyone who has supported us....thank you. Every visit, recommendation, encouraging word and vote helped bring us to this moment.
We are beyond grateful to bring this award back to Petawawa and proudly display it in the store. It represents so much more than the two of us..it represents our team, our community and the trust you place in us every day.
