🧹 Hiring: Part-Time, As-Needed Cottage Cleaner (Fast Turnovers) 🧹

✨ Finnegan's Cottage in Placentia, NL ✨

Job Type: Part-Time, Casual / As-Needed (Primarily weekends and mid-week afternoons)

​We are looking for a reliable, meticulous, and fast-paced cleaner to manage the turnovers for Finnegan’s Cottage. Because this is a popular guest rental, our ideal candidate thrives on tight timelines and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be the secret ingredient that ensures our guests walk into a spotless, welcoming "five-star" experience every single time.

⭐ ​Key Responsibilities ⭐

​Fast-Paced Turnovers: Perform full-stage cleaning between guest check-out (usually 11:00 AM) and check-in (usually 3:00 PM).

​Deep Cleaning: Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, vacuum/mop floors, dust all surfaces, and wipe down high-touch areas.

​Staging & Linens: Strip beds, wash/dry/make linens and towels (or manage on-site laundry exchange), and restock essentials (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.).

​Damage & Inventory Alerts: Do a quick walkthrough upon arrival to report any guest damage, missing items, or low supply levels.

​Outdoor Tidying: Quickly sweep the deck/porch, empty outdoor trash bins, and ensure the BBQ area looks presentable.

🏡 What We Are Looking for 🏡

​Speed & Stamina: Ability to work efficiently under tight 2-to-3-hour windows without sacrificing quality.

​Reliability: You must be dependable. If a guest is arriving at 3:00 PM, the cottage must be ready.

​Flexibility: Availability on weekends (Sundays especially) and some weekdays during peak vacation seasons for approximately 2 to 3 hours per day.

​Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to and from Finnegan's Cottage and preferably live in the Placentia area in case something arises last minute.
