🎉🌊 Mary Ann Falls Grand Opening 🌊🎉

Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of the newly revitalized Mary Ann Falls Trail!

Experience this renewed trail during Cape Breton Island’s Waterfall Season with a guided group hike through landscapes of Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Follow a section of the original Cabot Trail route as you make your way to the stunning Mary Ann Falls, one of the park’s most beloved waterfalls.

This moderate 13.6 km return hike offers scenic views, local history, and the chance to experience one of Cape Breton Island’s newest hiking adventures! 🥾🌲

As of 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, the Skyline Trail has reopened to visitors.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while construction and maintenance work is completed in the parking lot.

The Skyline Trail will be closed from June 2–5, 2026, to allow for ongoing construction and maintenance work in the parking lot.

As preparations continue for the first season of parking reservations, take a look at the new kiosk recently installed!
