Why do we choose to host culinary events? Besides highlighting the local ingredients, it's the people.

Not only do we love mingling with guests during our events, and hosting to bring people together on the farm, but we get to collaborate with some amazing people and businesses in the Valley and West Coast.

So, thank you, to all our new and returning guests, collaborators, producers, fishermen, and all wonderful humans involved for us to make these events happen.

It’s World Milk Day, the perfect time to chat dairy products! 🥛🐄

While we don’t process our grass fed milk on the farm, it heads down island, along with milk from other dairy farms on Vancouver Island, to Island Farms (Agropur Cooperative).

Our culinary events wouldn’t be complete without some dairy on the menu, and we’re thrilled to be sourcing from some pretty amazing farms and businesses for our events.

You can’t have an upscale culinary event without a fantastic bar set up! 🥂

We’re collaborating with Antidote Distilling Co. for both our Heifers & hors d'oeuvres and Gather & Graze nights this summer, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Not only will Nilo have curated cocktails (or mocktails!) from Antidote, but we’re excited to also be working with Dog Mountain Brewing, Cherry Creek Cidery, and Wildkind Kombucha for delicious drink options.
