Terms:
Upon rental, a $500 Security Deposit is required, which will be refunded when cottage is seen to be returned to its original rental condition, clean, free of debris and damage. Security deposit is required to cover any damages or missing items during your stay. Security Deposit will be returned after cottage inspection. Must be at least 25 years old to rent the cottage. Maximum of 8 people allowed to sleep on the site. No smoking or pets allowed inside the cottage. Upon check out, rental unit must be left cleaned with garbage removed. The resort offers daily entertainment (visit www.sunrvresorts.com & click on 'amenities' for a full list & schedule), fireworks at the Quarry and the following amenities (additional fees may apply):
