~ All renters must be 25+ and families only. Pet friendly.
~ Renting schedule is Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday or weekly from Friday to Friday. Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.
~ Security deposit of $300 required. Returned based on check out inspection. Rates as follows:

Peak season rates: June 17th to September 18th

Monday to Friday - $2,000
Friday to Monday - $1800
Full week - $3400

Off season rates: May 24th to June 17th/ Sept 19th to October 31
Monday to Friday - $1000
Friday to Monday - $800
Full week - $1600
