Nestled into the quiet community of Gulliver’s landing in the famous Sherkston Shore Resort is this well maintained updated family cottage. This community puts you close to what’s important while still providing a secluded cottage experience. Our beach house offers:

We cover your park registration fee of $10 per person. Access to the Waterpark is an additional fee. You can purchase wristbands upon your arrival at the Welcome Centre. YOU-BRING:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*Renters must be 25 years of age
- if you are not a family travelling with children all guests staying must be 25 + (Sherkston rule)
*Must be 25 years of age with a G license to rent the golf cart
*Families / couples only
*No more then 6 people on-site / no guests (Sherkston Rules)
*No parties, pets, or smoking
*A $500 security deposit is required. This will be returned when premise and golf cart is found to be in the state you found it. (Clean & free of debris and damage)
*Limit of 2 vehicles per site
