TERMS: Must be 25 or older to rent and provide government issued ID as proof. Upon rental, a $350 Security Deposit is required which will be refunded when the cottage is seen to be returned to its original rental condition, clean, free of debris and damage. This is also your reservation fee to hold your date for rental. (Security deposit is required to cover any damages or missing items during your stay).
A $100 Cleaning fee may be deducted from the Security Deposit if the cottage is not left in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Security deposit will be returned after cottage inspection within 72 hours or less.
Full payment is required to be paid 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment must be made in full. Should you need to cancel, you must do so 2 weeks prior to your rental date. All your money will be refunded at this time, less your Security Deposit which will be held as a cancellation fee. Payment can be made by Interac e-transfers.

**FUNPLEX PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Please let us know if you need these, and we can provide these at discounted rate through the resort.
Sports courts are available for use at no extra charge (Tennis, basketball, floor hockey, pickleball, skateboard, soccer and volleyball).
IMPORTANT NOTES: must be at least 25 years old to rent the cottage maximum of 8 people allowed sleeping on the site. No smoking allowed inside the cottage.
Upon check out, rental unit must be left cleaned and with garbage removed.
