We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Vittoria! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and completely at home. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect peaceful getaway.
We were surrounded by beautiful scenery, tons of pheasants, and even had the opportunity to feed the deer! It truly felt like we were able to escape from the hustle and bustle and just slow down and enjoy being in nature. Our host was absolutely amazing, so kind, thoughtful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. We were even greeted with a bottle of delicious local w**e, along with a gift basket filled with local items which was such a lovely personal touch and really set the tone for the entire stay.
You can tell how much care and thought has gone into creating this space and making guests feel special. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and truly special getaway!

p.s.- Hey Ray, I just wanted to Thank you so very much for hosting us at your beautiful property. The cabin was beyond perfect and so beautiful !. You have created such an amazing space for people !. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to stay there and meet you.

Hide a way hills is truly a gem. You feel like you are in your own oasis. Ray was so responsive and the attention to detail was exceptional! We were greeted with a chilled bottle of w**e and chocolate covered strawberries. The fire pit also had a custom s’mores cart that was incredible. The animals in the yard and so beautiful and you get to feed the deer! Truly a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend.

Another Happy Honeymoon !!

We chose Hideaway Hills for our honeymoon destination. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. It is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Ray, our host, went above and beyond providing us with w**e, chocolate covered strawberries and a delicious cake to celebrate our special occasion.

Our stay at Hide-A-Way Hills was truly excellent! Very proactive and clear communication with Ray, and we really appreciated the detailed tour when we arrived. The space is private, absolutely beautiful and truly unique. We also really appreciated the gift basket and smores station too, it was a really good highlight of local goods from Norfolk County. We would recommend this spot to anyone + we'd definitely come back for another stay!

The Hide-A-Way exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we were personally greeted, shown into our personal luxury stay to the evening under the stars to the morning wake up bathed in the sounds of the forest. We came for a peaceful getaway and left rejuvenated! It was perfect.

We had the most restful/peaceful stay at Ray’s Hide-A-Way. He greeted us with w**e and gave us a tour of the property. It’s the kind of place where you don’t need to bring anything he has thought of everything. Snacks, toiletries, anything you need is there. We booked a dinner reservation at Thrive Norfolk (a 15 minute) drive away and had the best farm to table 8 course meal). Next time we come we think we will just bring steaks to grill. Feeding the deer carrots at night was an amazing experience. We made a fire at night, listened to music, and watched the stars. We saw 5 shooting stars. Incredible experience. We will be back. Thanks again for being such an amazing host.

From the moment you book, Ray is on it. He provides clear and concise information and when you arrive, he's there to greet you and to lead you to your magical space. I love how you have to walk down a short path, excitement building, and then you see it. Ray really puts a lot of work into maintaing the grounds. And then you walk through the billowing curtains and this is what you see in the photos, but even better! The cabin is beautiful and comfortable, but it's the surroundings that make it so special. Ray has the firepit already set up, but if you prefer him to get it going for you, you just have to ask. The dining cabana is screened, with a chandelier, so you can dine in the forest rain or shine. In fact, there are a few different cabanas available to enjoy. Amongst the trees, Ray has bird houses and feeders so there's no shortage of feathered visitors. We loved our stay. Ray a very generous and attentive host, ensuring you have the best experience. We plan to return again.
