The iconic songbook of a legend like you’ve never heard it before.

Capitol Theatre favourite Taylor Lovelace (Waitress, Little Shop of Horrors, A Year with Frog & Toad, Billboard in Concert) pays tribute to one of the most defining artists of the 20th century in this musical celebration of women’s voices. Told through personal anecdotes, family stories, and Taylor’s own breathtaking voice, she shares what it means to find strength in the dark times, and celebrate the successes of a woman in the world.

Featuring I Wanna Dance With Somebody, So Emotional, I’m Every Woman, I Have Nothing, I Will Always Love You—and many more—this show promises to leave you spellbound by a night of Number One Hits!

Excellent

I stayed solo for a few days at the beautiful Plantation house. I stayed in the library room, which was gorgeous and had a beautiful porch to sit on outside. The room had a very comfortable and huge bed! Breakfast was amazing too! Every morning a beautiful, healthy breakfast to start your day off right!! The loccatipn of the house is superb. A close (5min)walk to downtown Port Hope. Lots of adorable shops and great food to enjoy. The river is great to admire as well. Lovely time, and a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend. Rose, it was a pleasure staying at your beautiful home. Thank you for your great care and hospitality.

The room and house was spotless, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. So many extras and luxuries that made our stay amazing. Breakfast was delicious and presented with so much attention to detail. Rose is a gem - kind and hospitable. We highly recommend it here when you are in the Port Hope area.
