Meet the chef behind the flavour 👨‍🍳

Great food doesn't happen by accident. Behind every meal at The Grill is a team, a standard, and a chef who cares deeply about getting the details right — Asif Rahi.

For Asif, it starts with the first bite: sauce spread evenly across the patty, seasoning that's never an afterthought, and a menu that balances comfort-food classics like fish & chips and burgers with something new to discover, like Shawarma, Loaded Gyros or The Grill's famous Piri Piri chicken.

But what makes Asif proudest isn't what's on the plate — it's his team. Many of his cooks started as dishwashers or co-op students, trained hands-on and given room to grow into the kitchen.

Because sometimes, the smallest detail makes the biggest difference.
