Hello SOS fam! 🔥🚲
A little about me...
I have a three-year-old son, who keeps life busy, loud, hilarious, and definitely never boring! Mom life takes up a huge part of my world, and when I’m not chasing after a toddler, you can usually find me running, at the studio, listening to way too much music, or spending time with my family and friends.
I’m a big believer in finding joy in the little things good music, sweaty workouts, loud concerts, laughing with the people I love, and having a community around me. I love a good theme ride, a great playlist, and any opportunity to make a workout feel like something you actually want to show up for.
I have been part of the SOS community since day one not as an instructor, but first and foremost as a rider. I walked through those studio doors looking for movement and a place to challenge myself, and spin became an important part of my postpartum journey. It gave me a space to reconnect with myself, rebuild my strength and confidence, and have something that was just for me. I never expected that this community would come to mean so much to me, or that one day I would find myself on the other side of the bike teaching. Over time, spin became a place where I found motivation, strength, connection, and a true sense of belonging. It was a space where I never felt judged, I could simply show up, be myself, and feel seen. That feeling is something I hope to create for every person who comes into my class.
Making the transition from rider to instructor has been such a full-circle experience. I have grown so much throughout this journey, both as an instructor and as a person. Teaching has pushed me outside of my comfort zone, challenged me in the best ways, and given me the opportunity to give back to a community that has given me so much.
