Ça y est, notre nouveau magazine est là! 🏵️
Dans cette édition, vous y trouverez des entrevues avec notre collègue de l’année, Sébastien Lamontagne, notre chef exécutif, Simon Renaud et nul autre que le maire de Québec, Bruno Marchand.
La chronique historique s’attarde pour sa part à la place que la musique a occupée au Château au fil des ans. On y trouve un retour sur le départ à la retraite de Francine Gauthier, et le récit d’un moment extraordinaire que nos collègues ont créé pour un couple qui s’est marié au Château.
Côté restauration, on trouve un article sur le Champlain qui célèbre ses 100 ans cette année, un autre sur la ville de Québec comme haut lieu de la gastronomie dans le monde, et un autre sur l’incontournable heure du thé du Château.
