Holiday hours may vary. The historic Cariboo Hotel building was first built in 1865 as a log structure housing a brewery and is now well known both locally and abroad for the excellent food served in its pub. Its cold beer and wine store supplies thirsty patrons with a variety of beers, wines, coolers and other alcohol products. Live bands are a regular featur

e and the pub also hosts numerous special events throughout the year. Stop in for a drink or a meal and enjoy great company, friendly service and a fun dose of local history and culture.
